Clinical Emotional Freedom Technique: If you are made of your mind, heart, and body equally, then 2/3 of your experience of things happening in life are not only the material body. EFT is a process of tapping acupressure points and using eye movements to enable meridians, connective tissue, and the nervous system to process emotional and mental energy. In studies, it is excellent to alleviate pain (including pain from surgery and other physical sources), symptoms of PTSD, addictions, and much more. It is excellent at clearing blocks holding a person back, clearing phobias, and other like situations. We offer individual coaching sessions, packages of sessions around a specific issue, and “on the go” EFT for when you have a specific event you’d like us to coach you through in real life (half hour prior to event, half hour after, usually via Zoom or the phone).

David $150/hour, or $420 for 3 1 hour sessions, or $780 for 6 sessions

Coaching: Coaching is different from counseling and therapy because it is about getting to a specific goal, not resolving trauma or healing the psyche. Embody Healing, LLC offers professional, life, holistic, and spiritual coaching. When you book a session, we will ask what your intentions are and if you have a specific goal (or if you need help formulating it).

Amy $225/hour, or $600 for 3 1 hour sessions, or $1200 for 6 sessions

Day Rate (5 hours):Our “day rate” was added for people looking to do extensive services, such as intensive healing, inviting practitioners to speak at events, teach classes, or having one of our practitioners work in the community somewhere, such as doing work at a sacred site. Other expenses may be needed to be included (such as travel and meal costs), depending on what you’re looking for, but our “day rate” is for our practitioner to block out a five hour time slot and do a deep dive on our platforms or at one of our locations, usually for complex healing work. If you’re looking to contract a practitioner out for an event, please contact us to negotiate for an individual contract.

Energy Work:  “Energy Work” includes all types of energy work the practitioner knows, which may include color therapy, breath work, meditative techniques, meridian and acupressure therapies, tapping, vibrational medicines, reiki, or any other modality that fits under the umbrella. Herbs and other tools may also be used in an energetic or vibrational way. Your practitioner will discuss your preferences upon your first appointment.

Herbalism: All things plants! Tinctures, compresses, tea/decoctions, baths, washes, essential oils, and plant spirit work included. Non-herbal supplements that compliment the plants may also be included as part of a more traditional folk herbalist framework. If there's any aspect of herbalism you're not fully comfortable with (such as vibrational or spiritual herbal work, or preparations containing alcohol) please let us know and we'll be happy to adjust our services to you.

David, $150/60 minute in person intake, half hour online follow ups available for $70, 15 min online check ins available $35


Holistic Consultation: Our holistic consultations are for people who aren’t sure what they need or who want or need access to everything on the table. Many people book their first appointment here, get a game plan put together, and then book follow ups for the specific services they need. Others start and stay here, wanting to take advantage of every modality we have.

David $200/90 minutes, follow ups available at $160/hour, half hour online follow ups available at $80

Reiki Only:  Both in person and distance reiki is offered.

Spiritual Counseling: Spiritual Counseling is often misrepresented. In the state of PA, a spiritual counselor needs at least a certificate in the profession, plus they need to be ordained and doing ministerial work at a brick-and-mortar location regularly. Spiritual counseling is about helping people work out spiritual issues when they are not properly supported by a formal religion or need help their spiritual leaders are unable to provide. It is complicated and complex to have the diversity of cultural, religious and spiritual understanding to do it properly. We only offer spiritual counseling with David, who has multiple advanced degrees in different parts of religion, spirituality, and counseling and is also ordained and serving a multi-religious organization locally.

Your intake forms must be completed before the appointment takes place. Refunds are not provided for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, including for the reason of missing intake forms.

If you’re looking for information on something specific, the subject line “Requesting Info on (Specific Topic)” is what catches our eyes first. Assuming you consent to email correspondence on the intake form, we send a follow up email after appointments with any instructions you might forget later (such as herbal suggestions and doses or links to meditation recordings), but if you need something clarified the best subject line is “Clarification on Appointment.”

When you email us to ask about scheduling an appointment, our desk staff will ask about what your specific needs are unless you’re scheduling for the full holistic intake. The reason is we have different intake forms for different services. If you’re coming to work on trauma, for instance, we don’t really need to know much about your medical history. If you’re getting energy work, we don’t need to know what medications you’re on, but we will need to know if you’ve had surgeries (especially organ transplants). You see the reasoning. Alternatively, you can simply do a full holistic intake with the most inclusive intake form and we can reference that full information in the future should your needed services change.
